How to Order
Find a piece you love in the shop and add it to your cart. After placing your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your payment was successful, followed by a separate order confirmation within the same day. Both messages serve as your receipt.
Please make sure to provide a valid email address when placing your order.
If the confirmation email is not visible, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, kindly contact
info@ateljeekaisatirkkonen.fi.
Please note: Many pieces in the atelier are one of a kind. The shop may show an item as sold out immediately after you add it to your cart. This simply means the unique piece has moved to your cart and is reserved for you.
PAYMENT
All products and possible shipping charges are paid at checkout.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout before completing your purchase.
All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted connection.
DELIVERY
Delivery options are selected at checkout. All shipments include tracking.
Orders are dispatched within two business days from receiving the order. Jewellery is packed securely, primarily in a protective box suitable for letterbox delivery. Each order includes an atelier-branded jewellery box, pouch or case.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. The message includes your tracking details.
SHIPPING COSTS
All orders from the Ateljee Kaisa Tirkkonen online shop include free delivery.
If a parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, please notify the shop without delay and within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery should also be reported to the delivery provider.
RETURNS
Products have a 14-day right of return. If you wish to return an item, please contact
info@ateljeekaisatirkkonen.fi.
The product price will be refunded as soon as the returned item has been received, at the latest within one week.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the protective seal has been broken, unless the product has a manufacturing fault. The sealed packaging ensures that each piece remains unused and safe for every customer.
