Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the online store of Ateljee Kaisa Tirkkonen and its use. By using the online store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility to Purchase

Customers must be at least 18 years old to use the online store and to place an order. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

General

Ateljee Kaisa Tirkkonen reserves the right to change the content of the online store, products, prices and these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The valid Terms & Conditions are always available in the online store.

Products

The jewellery sold in the online store is handmade and mostly unique. Minor variations in colour, size and shape are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products and do not constitute defects.

Product images aim to represent the products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on display and screen settings.

Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include the applicable value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are added to the total order amount at checkout.

The online store offers Finnish online banking payments and card payments provided by Paytrail, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. In addition, payments can be made via Shop Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted connection.

Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered via reliable delivery service providers such as Posti, PostNord and Matkahuolto. All delivery methods include tracking. Available delivery options and prices are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Liability and Safety

The jewellery is intended for normal and careful use. Ateljee Kaisa Tirkkonen is not liable for damage or adverse situations resulting from misuse, negligence or use of the jewellery for purposes other than its intended use.

Liability for products is limited to clear manufacturing defects. If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us without delay.

Jewellery may contain small parts and is not suitable for children. Improper use may pose a choking hazard. Products must be kept out of reach of children.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content in the online store, including texts, images and visual design, is the property of Ateljee Kaisa Tirkkonen unless otherwise stated. Copying or using the content without permission is prohibited.
