Refund policy

 

Under EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can submit your withdrawal request using the Withdrawal Form available in our online store. The same form can be used both before your order has been shipped and during the 14-day withdrawal period after you have received your order.

The right of withdrawal applies only to unused products returned in their original condition. Returned items must be in a resalable condition and show no signs of use.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been individually made or customized according to the customer's specifications. Most jewellery pieces by Atelier Kaisa Tirkkonen are unique, handcrafted creations and therefore fall within the exceptions provided by EU consumer protection legislation.

Hygiene Policy – Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the security seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty or has a manufacturing defect.

We are committed to ensuring that every customer receives jewellery that is 100% clean and safe to wear. Our sealed packaging is our promise that the earrings have never been worn or tried on.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

If you are returning a product, please include your order number or details of your withdrawal request with the return so that we can process it as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us without delay at info@ateljeekaisatirkkonen.fi so that we can resolve the matter promptly.
