Returns & Cancellation Policy

Consumers have the right, in accordance with EU legislation, to cancel an order made in an online store within 14 days of receiving the product.

The right of withdrawal applies only to unused products in their original condition. Returned items must be in resalable condition and show no signs of use.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are individually made or customised according to the customer’s specifications. Most jewellery pieces by Ateljee Kaisa Tirkkonen are unique, handmade items, and such products fall within the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal under consumer protection legislation.

Hygiene Policy – Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the package seal has been broken, unless the product is defective.

We are committed to ensuring that every customer receives jewellery that is 100% clean and safe to wear. Our sealed packaging is our promise that the earrings have never been worn or tried on.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
