Ateljee Kaisa Tirkkonen is a small, independent sole-trader jewellery studio founded in 2022 (Business ID: 3276886-6).
All jewellery pieces are designed and handcrafted by me in my atelier in Kirkkonummi, Finland. My aim is to create beautiful, distinctive jewellery using specialised techniques. My work currently focuses especially on traditional bead embroidery and bead weaving, alongside textile jewellery and silver-wrapped designs.
PAYMENT
All products and possible shipping costs are paid at checkout.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout before completing your purchase. You may pay using card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal.
All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted connection.
DELIVERY
Delivery options are selected at checkout and all shipments include tracking.
Orders are usually dispatched within two business days. Jewellery is packed securely, primarily in a protective box suitable for letterbox delivery. Each order includes an atelier-branded jewellery box, pouch or case.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. The message includes your tracking details.
SHIPPING COSTS
All orders from the Ateljee Kaisa Tirkkonen online shop include free delivery.
If a parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, please notify the shop without delay and within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery should also be reported to the delivery provider.
RETURNS
Products have a 14-day right of return.

The product price will be refunded as soon as the returned item has been received, at the latest within one week.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the protective seal has been broken, unless the product has a manufacturing fault. The sealed packaging ensures that every piece remains unused and safe for every customer.
WARRANTY TERMS
All jewellery pieces, except textile jewellery, include a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Textile jewellery has a six (6) month warranty period.
The warranty covers possible defects in materials and craftsmanship. It does not cover normal wear, improper use, accidental damage or impact.
