Warranty Terms

Jewellery by Ateljee Kaisa Tirkkonen is carefully designed and handcrafted using high-quality materials. Each piece is unique, and its durability is also influenced by how it is used and stored.

Warranty Period

The warranty for the jewellery is as follows:

  • General warranty period: 12 months (1 year)
  • Textile jewellery: 6 months

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.

The applicable warranty period is specified individually in the product details.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.

If a defect covered by the warranty occurs, the jewellery will:

  • primarily be repaired
  • or, if necessary, replaced with a corresponding product

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • improper or careless use
  • mechanical damage (e.g. impact, bending, dropping)
  • exposure to water, moisture, cosmetics or chemicals
  • natural wear of textile jewellery

Note on Handcrafted Jewellery

As each piece is handmade, slight individual variations are part of its character and are not considered defects.

  • Include a photo of the jewellery
  • Describe the issue as clearly as possible
