Clear light blue, soft pearly tones and small silver-toned details give X earrings a fresh, luminous appearance. Large transparent crystals form the centrepiece of the design, allowing light to pass through them.
The centre crystals have no reflective backing, so their appearance changes subtly with the light, background and viewing angle. At times they appear bright sky blue, at others almost icy pale, while light shining through the crystals brings out their transparency beautifully.
The centre crystals are surrounded by tiny Japanese glass beads and crystal beads in shades of blue, silver and soft pearl. Despite their intricate design, each earring weighs only approximately 4.5 grams.

About the beadwork thread
The beaded and embroidered jewellery pieces created at the atelier are stitched using Fireline thread, manufactured in the USA. The fibre used in Fireline is known under the Dyneema brand — one of the strongest fibres in the world — made from extremely durable yet lightweight polyethylene (UHMWPE).

Metals used across the atelier’s jewellery:
Depending on the design, the jewellery may include the following metals:
• Sterling silver (925)
• Gold-plated sterling silver
• Stainless steel suitable for jewellery use (AISI 304)
• Gold-plated stainless steel
• Solid bronze
Stainless steel is durable, highly resistant to wear and generally well suited for sensitive skin, which is why it is often used for earring hooks and posts.
In some designs, copper or plated brass may be used in structural elements that do not come into direct contact with the skin.
The exact metal used in each piece is always specified in the individual product description. All metal components comply with EU regulations and meet the required limits regarding nickel, lead and cadmium.
